"Health Benefit contributions"

What is an acceptable range to expect of health care contributions for employees? Is there any way that I can find out average ranges by industry to understand where my company fits in order to tell my employees where they stand?

I've seen some pretty wide ranges on this, but few companies these days pay for it all - if they do, that has to be a competitive advantage. A rule of thumb could be employees pay in the 15 - 30% range of benefits, though that's what I've seen and isn't from research
