"Employees Happier with Less Smartphone Activity"

Not surprisingly, Harvard Business School research has shown that even shutting off the smartphone for 1 evening a week increases employees happiness. Dubbed "Predictable Time OFF", or PTO, employers who indoctrinate a "No Phone Zone" get more engaged and satisfied workers as a result! Set an example!
