Looks like the EEOC is cracking down and conducting "aggressive" investigations on many complaints of religious discrimination... http://www.inc.com/news/articles/2010/10/complaints-of-religious-discrimination-on-the-rise.html It's wise to update your employees and management on the guidelines the EEOC has on religious discrimination.
