"Catching College Students' Attention"

I own a small company that has an outstanding internship program. Yes, I'm the owner, so I have to say that, but our internship program is truly in a league of its own. The experience, responsibility, and compensation that our two interns receive each summer speaks volumes. However, we need the best of the best, but because we are NOT a well known name, catching the attention of college students is VERY difficult. Any advice on how to fix this?

Word of mouth from previous interns should help. Have them write or video testimonials discussing their experience, their responsibilities and what they learned. Also, you should work with the the career centers at some of the key universities that you want to target. They can help you. You can also host info meetings with professional fraternities or organizations to present your company, the program and get your name out there. The career center can tell you what is hip and how to get attention.
