Is it okay to inquire about where my employees are on paid days off? I have a suspicion about an employee.
It is not illegal, but I don't think it is appropriate to ask. However, if there is something that is impacting their performance or the work environment, there maybe good cause to ask other questions to get the answers you are looking for. Think about what you really want to know.
