History

HR Insights was founded in 2002 to provide cost effective, professional Human Resource services to companies of all sizes. Through their years of working with and consulting for a variety of businesses, the founders recognized that many businesses had unique and often unmet HR needs that negatively impacted productivity, profits and employee and customer satisfaction.

In response, HR Insights was created: a new, unique solution for employee management in companies of all sizes. The HR Insights software was market tested and ultimately launched in 2003. The first customers began enjoying the benefits of HR Insights in August 2003. Over the course of 2004, updates where issued to existing customers covering changes in the people management environment such as the changes to FLSA overtime regulations in August 2004. In early 2005, HR Insights completed its transition from delivery via CD-ROM to delivering the software via a downloadable version on the Internet. With copies of the software installed throughout the country, HR Insights is poised to continue expanding their services and client base to fulfill their mission of helping businesses improve their bottom lines by making them better managers of their people.
